My big goal is to get that 10km time down to 45 minutes and I’m not there yet, but I feel like I’m well on my way and seeing improvements.  I know that nutrition is a huge part of what is helping my training.  Changes in what I’m eating and when I’m eating and a corresponding drop in weight has contributed to a 18 second/km improvement in my speed at that distance.
